Hi! I am so excited that you are interested in checking us out! We here at THE JOURNEY feel that everyone is on a spiritual journey of some kind, and we want to help our community find their path to God!

We are different than most churches....but we choose to be that way! We have purposely created an environment here at our church for people - for you - to encounter God, not a church experience. We believe that by encountering the living, true, powerful God of this universe, we are changed to be on journey with Him! Thus, each week we make it our utmost goal that those who come will encounter God in some way. As you see God and learn to follow Him, you become His follower, or His disciple. In other words, your spiritual life grows and changes as you learn more about God and His ways. It is a very exciting journey!

Where are you on your own journey to God? To what extent are you searching? It doesn’t matter where you are, or even where you have been in your life, but it does matter where you are going! God is very interested in taking you on His journey - the journey of a lifetime that He offers through Jesus Christ, His only Son. Since God created you to walk with Him, He has made all the provision for you to be on this journey!
